Return & Exchange Options
1. Standard Exchange (SE)
If your item doesn’t fit quite right or you want a different color or style, you can exchange it. Here’s how:
– Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via Phone, Email, or Facebook/Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Item Pickup: Our partnered courier will collect the original item at your convenience.
– Inspection: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
– Receive New Item: Once the item is inspected, we’ll send you the new size, color, or style.
– Turnaround Time: 4-6 business days for processing and delivery of your exchange.

2. Return with Exchange (RWE)
The fastest way to get a new item! If you need a different size or style upon delivery, simply exchange it immediately.
– Inspect the Item: Check your order when it arrives.
– Immediate Exchange: If you need a different size or style, inform the delivery person and return the product right away.
– New Item Delivery: Your new item will be sent within 2-4 business days.

3. Standard Return (SR) & Refund
If you no longer want the item, you can return it for a full refund in store credit (minus original delivery charges).
